Most people assume that's the end of it, because the manufacturer won't help and the big box store that sold it definitely won't. It usually isn't the end of it. Most of what comes across our bench is one failed part away from working, and we've got the part.

We're a real shop in St. Charles with a real bench, and we fix these for a living.

We specialize in Arcade1Up cabinets, game tables, and game boards — the machines nobody else wants to touch because parts are hard to find. We also work on custom builds and classic cabinets.

📋 HOW IT WORKS

1 · TELL US WHAT IT'S DOING

Call or email with your model number and a description of the symptom. A photo or a short video of the fault helps enormously. Half the time we can tell you what's wrong before the machine ever leaves your house.

2 · WE QUOTE BEFORE WE TOUCH IT

You get a price and an honest read on whether the repair is worth it. If the machine isn't worth fixing, we'll tell you that — we'd rather lose a job than take your money for something we know you'll regret.

3 · WE FIX IT AND TEST IT

Every repair gets fully tested before it goes back — every game loaded and played, every control checked, every connection verified. Same standard as the machines we sell.

Good. We'd do the same. We stock tested replacement PCBs, LCD monitor assemblies, control decks, bezels, front signs, power adapters and Wi-Fi modules — every one checked on the bench before it ships, with a no-risk return policy on anything sold as tested.

📍 WHERE WE WORK

Our shop is at 2309 Elm St, Unit B, St. Charles, MO 63301. Drop-off and pickup are welcome, and we handle pickup and delivery throughout the Greater St. Louis area for machines that are too big or too heavy to move yourself.
