Devil Dawg Tech Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind every product we sell. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we've designed our return policy to be fair, transparent, and hassle-free.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible:
- Item must be in the same condition as received
- All original packaging, accessories, cables, and manuals must be included
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, or eBay transaction record)
How to Start a Return
- Contact us at sales@devildawg.tech with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization
- Once approved, ship the item to: Devil Dawg Tech 3737 New Town Blvd, Suite 455 Saint Charles, MO 63301
Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
We pay return shipping if the issue is our fault:
- Item arrived defective or not functioning properly
- Wrong item shipped
- Item not as described in the listing
- Damaged during shipping
Buyer pays return shipping if:
- Change of mind / buyer's remorse
- Ordered wrong item by mistake
- No longer needed
Our Testing & Refund Process
All returned items undergo thorough testing by our technicians:
- Item received – We'll notify you within 2 business days of receipt
- Item tested – Our team inspects and tests functionality
- Refund issued – If the defect is confirmed, you'll receive a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
What if the item tests as fully functional? If our testing confirms the item works properly, we'll contact you with options:
- Have the item returned to you (buyer pays shipping)
- Accept a partial refund minus a 15% restocking fee
We document all testing with photos/video and are happy to share our findings.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item shipped)
Contact us within 48 hours at sales@devildawg.tech with photos of the issue. We'll make it right—whether that's a replacement, full refund, or return label at our expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-built or special order items
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "As-Is"
- Software, digital downloads, or license keys (once redeemed)
- Items with missing parts, manuals, or original packaging
- Items showing signs of misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modification
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. To get a different item:
- Request a return for the original item
- Place a new order for the item you want
This ensures you get your new item faster without waiting for us to receive the return.
Refund Timeline

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, contact us at sales@devildawg.tech.
European Union Customers
If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, per EU consumer protection regulations. The same condition requirements apply: unused, original packaging, with proof of purchase.
