SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Devil Dawg Tech! This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the fulfillment and delivery of your orders.


Order Processing

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time may not begin processing until the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using the following services:

  • USPS Ground Advantage — Typically 2–5 business days
  • UPS Ground — Typically 1–5 business days (depending on distance)

The carrier and service will be selected based on package size, weight, and destination. You will see available shipping options and costs at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, please contact us at info@devildawg.tech before placing your order for an expedited shipping estimate.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Devil Dawg Tech is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotions are subject to terms specified at the time of the offer.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. If you place an order with a shipping address in one of these locations, we will contact you with the actual shipping cost. Your order will not be shipped until the additional shipping charges are paid. If you choose not to pay the additional charges, your order will be canceled and refunded.


International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. Orders with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.


Oversized & Heavy Items

Some items, including arcade cabinets, CRT monitors, and other large or heavy products, may require special handling or freight shipping. These items will be clearly marked in the product listing.

For oversized items:

  • Shipping costs will be quoted separately or calculated at checkout
  • Freight shipments may require a valid phone number for delivery scheduling
  • You may be responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery and noting any damage on the carrier's paperwork
  • Liftgate or inside delivery services may be available for an additional fee


Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup at our location in St. Charles, Missouri for customers who prefer not to pay for shipping.

To arrange local pickup:

  1. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout (if available) or contact us before ordering
  2. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready
  3. Pick up your order at: 2309 Elm St, Unit B, St Charles, MO 63301

Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled and refunded, less any applicable restocking fees.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, mailroom, with neighbors)
  2. Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
  4. If unresolved, contact us at info@devildawg.tech


Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@devildawg.tech. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost Shipments: If tracking indicates your package is lost or has not updated in 7+ days, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier. Resolution may include reshipping the item or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Devil Dawg Tech is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location where packages can be received.


Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@devildawg.tech. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.


P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Ground Advantage. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so larger items requiring UPS shipping must be sent to a physical address.
