For tested parts, we offer a no-risk return policy. If the part doesn't function properly, we pay return shipping. It gets tested when we receive it back. If it's defective, full refund. That's the deal. Simple. Fair. The way it should be.

Here's something most sellers won't tell you: Arcade1Up's replacement parts are getting harder to find every single month. With the company's partial acquisition by Basic Fun in late 2025, the pipeline for genuine OEM components is drying up. What's out there now is what's out there. When it's gone, it's gone.

That means the PCB board sitting in our shop right now might be one of the last tested, verified, warrantied boards available for your specific cabinet. The monitor we have might be the only one you'll find this month that's been checked for dead pixels. That's not hype — that's the market.

Our prices reflect what something is actually worth right now — not what it retailed for two years ago on a Best Buy page that doesn't even have inventory anymore. If you can't find it, it's not a $299 product. It's whatever someone with one is willing to sell it for — and we price ours fairly for the quality, testing, and protection you're getting.
