Refurbished and Used Products

Many of the products offered through Devil Dawg Tech are refurbished, reconditioned, or previously used items. By purchasing such products, you acknowledge and agree that:

Cosmetic Condition: Refurbished and used products may exhibit signs of prior use, including but not limited to scratches, scuffs, fading, discoloration, or other cosmetic imperfections. Product listings will attempt to describe cosmetic condition, but minor blemishes may not be individually noted.
Functional Testing: All refurbished products have been tested for basic functionality prior to listing. However, testing does not guarantee that all features will perform identically to new products or that the product will be compatible with your specific use case.
No Original Packaging: Refurbished and used products may not include original packaging, manuals, accessories, or documentation unless specifically stated in the product listing.
Age and Wear: Vintage, retro, and classic arcade components may be decades old. Age-related wear, capacitor degradation, and other time-sensitive deterioration are inherent characteristics of such products and are not considered defects.

Compatibility Disclaimer

Devil Dawg Tech sells components, parts, and accessories that may be intended for use with third-party equipment, cabinets, or systems. You are solely responsible for:

Verifying that any product is compatible with your intended application before purchase
Confirming physical dimensions, electrical specifications, pinouts, and connection types
Ensuring that installation or use complies with applicable electrical codes and safety standards

We do not warrant that any product will be compatible with your specific equipment, and incompatibility is not grounds for return or refund unless the product was misdescribed in the listing.

Software, Firmware, and ROM Disclaimer

To the extent that any products include or are intended for use with software, firmware, ROM chips, or digital media:

Devil Dawg Tech makes no representations regarding the licensing status of any software or digital content
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of any software or digital content complies with applicable intellectual property laws
We do not warrant that software or firmware will function on your specific hardware configuration
We do not provide technical support for software configuration, emulation setup, or ROM usage

SECTION 3 - ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Devil Dawg Tech reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Devil Dawg Tech confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as Devil Dawg Tech may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.

We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.

Devil Dawg Tech is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Devil Dawg Tech. Additional Warranty Disclaimers for Refurbished Products

IN ADDITION TO THE GENERAL WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS ABOVE, THE FOLLOWING APPLY SPECIFICALLY TO REFURBISHED, RECONDITIONED, USED, VINTAGE, OR RETRO PRODUCTS:

NO WARRANTY OF LONGEVITY: We make no representations regarding how long any refurbished product will continue to function. Electronic components may fail at any time due to age, environmental factors, or normal use.
NO WARRANTY OF COMPLETENESS: Refurbished products are sold as described in individual listings. We do not warrant that any product includes all original components, accessories, or documentation.
NO WARRANTY AGAINST PRIOR MODIFICATIONS: Used and vintage products may have been previously modified, repaired, or altered by prior owners. We do not warrant that products are in original factory condition unless explicitly stated.
NO WARRANTY OF ELECTRICAL SAFETY: Vintage electronic equipment may not comply with current electrical safety standards. You assume all risk associated with operating vintage electronic equipment.

Limited DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy

Notwithstanding the above disclaimers, Devil Dawg Tech offers the following limited protection for products that are non-functional upon receipt:

Products that fail to power on or are completely non-functional when received may be reported within fourteen (14) days of delivery
DOA claims must include video documentation of the issue and proof of proper handling
Devil Dawg Tech will, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund for verified DOA items
This DOA policy does not cover cosmetic issues, partial functionality, compatibility problems, or damage occurring after delivery
This DOA policy does not create any express or implied warranty beyond what is stated herein

SECTION 16 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PROVIDED BY LAW, IN NO CASE SHALL DEVIL DAWG TECH, OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS OR LICENSORS, OR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR ANY SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS PROCURED USING THE SERVICES, OR FOR ANY OTHER CLAIM RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT, OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT (OR PRODUCT) POSTED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, DEVIL DAWG TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM: (A) THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF ANY PRODUCT IN A MANNER NOT CONSISTENT WITH APPLICABLE SAFETY STANDARDS; (B) ELECTRICAL DAMAGE, FIRE, OR INJURY RESULTING FROM THE USE OF VINTAGE OR REFURBISHED ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT; (C) DAMAGE TO OTHER EQUIPMENT OR PROPERTY CAUSED BY PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM DEVIL DAWG TECH; OR (D) YOUR FAILURE TO VERIFY COMPATIBILITY BEFORE PURCHASE.

SECTION 17 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Devil Dawg Tech, Shopify, and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.

We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to promptly notify will not relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. You and Devil Dawg Tech consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in St. Charles County, Missouri.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Devil Dawg Tech! This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the fulfillment and delivery of your orders.

Order Processing

We process orders within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM Central Time may not begin processing until the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using the following services:

USPS Ground Advantage — Typically 2–5 business days
UPS Ground — Typically 1–5 business days (depending on distance)

The carrier and service will be selected based on package size, weight, and destination. You will see available shipping options and costs at checkout.

Expedited Shipping: If you need your order faster, please contact us at info@devildawg.tech before placing your order for an expedited shipping estimate.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Devil Dawg Tech is not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

We may offer free or discounted shipping promotions from time to time. Any such promotions are subject to terms specified at the time of the offer.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only.

We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories. If you place an order with a shipping address in one of these locations, we will contact you with the actual shipping cost. Your order will not be shipped until the additional shipping charges are paid. If you choose not to pay the additional charges, your order will be canceled and refunded.

International Shipping

We do not ship internationally. Orders with international shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Oversized & Heavy Items

Some items, including arcade cabinets, CRT monitors, and other large or heavy products, may require special handling or freight shipping. These items will be clearly marked in the product listing.

For oversized items:

Shipping costs will be quoted separately or calculated at checkout
Freight shipments may require a valid phone number for delivery scheduling
You may be responsible for inspecting the shipment upon delivery and noting any damage on the carrier's paperwork
Liftgate or inside delivery services may be available for an additional fee

Local Pickup

We offer free local pickup at our location in St. Charles, Missouri for customers who prefer not to pay for shipping.

To arrange local pickup:

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout (if available) or contact us before ordering
Wait for confirmation that your order is ready
Pick up your order at: 2309 Elm St, Unit B, St Charles, MO 63301

Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled and refunded, less any applicable restocking fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it:

Check around your delivery location (porch, mailroom, with neighbors)
Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@devildawg.tech. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Lost Shipments: If tracking indicates your package is lost or has not updated in 7+ days, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier. Resolution may include reshipping the item or issuing a refund at our discretion.

Devil Dawg Tech is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend shipping to a secure location where packages can be received.

Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@devildawg.tech. We will do our best to accommodate changes before the order ships, but cannot guarantee modifications once processing has begun.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS Ground Advantage. Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, so larger items requiring UPS shipping must be sent to a physical address.
